Article for the graphic design journal Dot Dot Dot surveying the paperback book cover designs of Fred Troller from the 1960s and 70s. Trained in Switzerland, Troller was instrumental in bringing the so-called "swiss style" of design to America. His book cover designs for Simon and Schuster and Anchor Doubleday mark off an important moment both in the history of design and in the history of book publishing in America.
